We’re dedicated to delivering your pet supplies quickly and safely — wherever you are in India.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across most locations in India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest an alternate delivery method or process a refund.

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed the next working day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2999 (after discounts).
A standard shipping fee of ₹29–₹799 applies to orders below ₹2999, depending on location and package weight.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes within India.
A small COD handling charge may apply.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package at the time of delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Hobby Enclave account on our website.
7. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If your package could not be delivered due to:
Incorrect address,
Unreachable contact number, or
Refusal to accept delivery,
The courier will return it to us.
Once received, we’ll contact you to reship the order (additional charges may apply) or process a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
8. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
You will receive individual tracking updates for each shipment.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept delivery.
Take a photo and contact us immediately at support@hobbyenclave.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and images for quick assistance.
10. International Shipping
At this time, Hobby Enclave ships only within India.
We plan to expand international shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates on our website and social channels.
