Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
✅ The item is not damaged or tampered with
✅ You have the original invoice or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Pet food, treats, or supplements (once opened)

  • Grooming and hygiene products

  • Live plants or aquatic items

  • Aquariums, cages, and tanks that have been assembled or used

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

If your item falls under these categories, it will only be replaced if damaged or defective on arrival.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@hobbyenclave.in or via WhatsApp with your return request.

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the product.

  4. After the item reaches us and passes inspection, your replacement or refund will be processed.

Note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method (bank, card, or wallet).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can only be processed as a return after delivery.


7. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for the same product or item value in case of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment — subject to stock availability.
